The personal data you provide to our company electronically—such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, and CV information—are processed for the purpose of evaluating your application by the Company, based on the legal grounds of “necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract” pursuant to Article 5/2(c) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and “necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller” pursuant to Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK.
In the event that you voluntarily provide additional personal data beyond those listed above, such data will be processed based on the legal ground of “data made public by the data subject” pursuant to Article 5/2(d) of the KVKK.
We would like to emphasize that, in the case of any personal data belonging to third parties (such as references you provide), it is your responsibility to ensure that those individuals have been informed and, where required by law, have given their explicit consent for the processing of their personal data.
If you wish to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of the data subject, you may submit a request in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller” by sending a written application to our address at Ankara 1st Organized Industrial Zone, Karamanlılar Street, No:4, Sincan/Ankara, or via email to info@akpinardokum.com, provided that your email address is registered in our system.
